This is a great video, but after trying the recipe today, I was disappointed. I could only taste a chocolate and salt, no caramel at all. However, I did use very dark chocolate, 85% or so percent. What is the recommended percentage? However, the coins were still good, because, let’s be honest, they’re basically solid chocolate.
