BarCap appoints head of investment banking for key emerging markets
A former Citigroup and Credit Suisse managing director with strong ties to the Gulf has been named head of investment banking for central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Barclays Capital in the UK bank’s second senior appointment in the emerging markets in as many weeks.
