What foods and ways of living will help strengthen my muscles and prevent them from injury?
Okay so I have a problem with my body, I am a competitive cheerleader and am at the gym at LEAST 10 hours a week. I’m not sure if you are aware but cheerleading is the 2nd most dangerious sport (to football. ) It causes the most injuries with stunting and tumbling. In the past 2 years I have pulled my groin muscle, tore a shoulder ligament, pulled a tendon in my wrist, and sprained my ankle. I am also experiencing pains in my joints, especially my knee which tends to cramp and often compulse. My back, and wrists are also very irritated. I LOVE cheerleading it is my life, but lately, I’m frustrated with the amount of injuries I’ve been experiencing. I know that when you are participating in a sport, injuries are bound to happen, but they really should not be this frequent. What are some foods that I can eat and practical ways of living that will help keep my body in a healthy state ? Thankyou soo much for you help, it is greatly appreciated!

eat lots of vitamin c. i heard its supposed to make your bones less resistant to fracture…so eat lots of o.j and maybe take a multivitamin. hope i helped!
