Well let’s see, Blue Cross just tried to raise it’s premiums 54%. Thankfully it was stopped.
The fact that I’ve heard so many cruel stories of people who were dropped because they needed expensive procedures. They let you pay your premiums until your hour of need and then dig through your records and find anything they could call a preexisting condition (even acne in a few cases I’ve heard) to drop your coverage or deny a procedure.
Then there’s the CEO that makes 1/2 BILLION dollars a year. WTF, no wonder they are demonized, they are demons. Then for some un godly reason the right rushes to their defense, I just don’t get it.
Obama doesn’t need to demonize them, they are doing fine demonizing themselves. How would you feel if they denied an operation on your child because he/she had acne? Outraged I hope. -

What most people fail to realize is that this is the very same ploy the Clinton’s used to institute their failed HMO scheme which created the whole current situation. Does anyone recall how they demonized doctors, claiming that it was all just a “good ol’ boy club?” They were vilified as scratching one another’s backs and ordering excessive and expensive tests. They then used this to turn over the decision making process to the “for profit” insurance companies…
From where I stand, this is nothing more than a direct admission that they screwed things up during the Clinton years and are now trying to “fix” things by actually making things worse.
Why? Because they’re not big on exposing truths. They will be more than happy to tell you a half truth and then tell you that they are not lying.

While you’re at it, maybe he can explain why Medicare loses twice as much money to fraud every year as the top 15 health insurance companies MAKE!
He demonizes them because he’s using Alinsky’s “”Rules for Radicals” and apparently it works for his uneducated minions.
* “An organizer must stir up dissatisfaction and discontent ..”
* “Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty …”
* “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon …”
* “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” -

Your nose has grown to match that ridiculous hairdo that you sport.
Try turning off Fox News, take some anger management classes and read a few good books.
But to answer your question, it is because they are demons. The worst kind. The kind they preys on the public like pawn shop owners and auto title loan thieves.
Americans already spend more per person for health care than do our European cousins who have universal health coverage but much less of our money can be spend where it is needed as we have to line the pockets of the private insurance companies.
Please wake up.

Yes… He’s demonizing them by forcing us to buy insurance from them with an individual mandate.
So you’re saying that Obama is telling us: “I think these insurance companies are demons… so I’m going to make sure you all become their customers!”
Sure that makes sense…
————————————However, your point was about denial of claims. Medicare takes the elderly, who need more services because they are older. Its only natural that they would have more claims in general, and then because they have more claims, they will have more denials. How about some information proving that those denials weren’t justified, or they occur at an unfair proportion indicating some error?

Obama works by vilifying a target. This is right out of Rules for Radicals. He hops around from one target to another, but this is his basic tactic. Sol Alinsky did not invent this tactic. Hitler perfected it, but Obama cannot focus on one villain; he keeps switching targets. At least Hitler was consistent in his message. Hitler was a much more effective despot.
