OK CONSIDER THIS, will a jap ricer haul a bobcat, or a d9 dozer ? NO so why would anyone say the rice engines have more power over a diesel, diesels are not all about rpm, very low rpm to move ALOT OF STUFF, or even roast some tires, also NO GAS ENGINE WILL MAKE IT AS FAR ON MILES AS A DIESEL, NO WAY, my car has 318,000 miles, runs good but will never make it to or above at least 600,000-1,000,000, and i know i have a 4 cyclinder 2.2l engine.

I do believe the original poster was talking about 200K kilometers not miles and
EclipseRdaShit was talking about miles… there is a huge difference. oo and why the hell would a diesel burn oil? those things have a special lower ring on the piston that makes sure it doesnt.
