Call around. You will pay extra just because you did not have insurance before (and the tickets). After you have the insurance for several months, call around again. At that time, you will have had a history of insurance and may qualify for (slightly) cheaper rates. Those speeding tickets won’t get off your record for 3 years. Slow down and drive the speed limit. you’ll save on gas, too.

As I know they have more affordable insurance policies for teens and first time drivers. But your insurance anyway will be expensive, cause young drivers usually have higher rates because they have much higher risk of accident, and you have 2 tickets already.
