I called and I was mailed one but I never activated it. After reading all of the schedule of fees I decided to go with the Wal-Mart money card. They only charge $3 a month and it’s free to load money on your card when you cash your check plus free direct deposit which I use for my job. They even have a special card for students as well and I trust them.
