How can low-income people *afford* lower cost health insurance?
Question : How can low-income people *afford* lower cost health insurance?
Huckleberry suggested that low-income people will be able to afford low-cost private health insurance–but he doesn’t say *how* that will be possible.
Guliani says that with tax credits, people will be able to afford low-cost insurance. (How is that possible?)
I haven’t figured what the other GOP candidates want, but how can low-income people–and those on disability–be able to afford expensively HUGE health-insurance plans on what little money that is already afforded to them per month?

If they can’t afford it, that’s their problem. My taxes shouldn’t be raised to pay for someone else’s health insurance.
1st of all, Medical insurance doesn’t have to be “hugely expensive”. I market many plans that are affordable to people who don’t get coverage through their work, or who need a short term plan.
2nd of all, if they make almost no money, medicare or Medicaid kicks in.
