Debt relief?

Question : Debt relief?
I am buried in debt and need to file 13, or 7, or do something. I am not really sure whats out there. Can you present the current optionsand explain them with their pros and cons.

Bankruptcy laws have changed significantly. You need the advice of a qualified bankruptcy attorney. Most attorneys will advise you on the first visit for no fee.

There are probably people in town who can help. My advice is to find a bookie in a big city nearby. He will probably lend you enough money to pay off your debts. That will raise your credit score and you won’t be in trouble anymore. And, instead of dealing with a dozen different creditors, you can just make one simple payment to the bookie / loan shark.

First cut up your credit cards. Sell your stuff and pay your debts. Bankruptcy takes 10 years to be removed from your credit report, and you can be certain any credit you do get won’t be cheap!
