Question : Retirement funds?
I am interested in starting an IRA, I know very little about them. Where should I go and what type of retirement fund should I choose? I know there are several types.

You can open an IRA with any brokerage company or mutual fund. You can choose how the money should be invested. since you provide no other information, it is impossible to advise you better.
