This books covered almost all apsects of retail management (not necessarily e-tail only). The author also provides many exercise/examples, plus one CD-ROM which contains many useful tables. The approach is clear and extensive. The only drawback (or characteristic) is too basic. So if you’re looking for more advanced topics, or ways to improve your current operation, you’d better get another book. Recommend to new retail manager/students.
