Question : How can I get investment funds to consider my companies large land tracts for investment in their portfolio’s?
We have tracts of land by metro areas and water front sites that would be great values for funds that have the ability to hold for 3-5 years and they are sitting on cash and I know some of them are buying raw land as investment but I don’t know how to present it or get in front of the right groups…
