Michael Minns – IRS Busted on Tax Code – Part 5
irs audit defense
www.amazon.com Michael Minns, US tax attorney and author, faces off with IRS Commissioner and tells it like it is. Check out Minns’ saucy insider’s look at the IRS, The Underground Lawyer, on Amazon.com. Please note that Minns does not seem to be advocating tax protestor type arguments, but rather arguing in defense of the victims of illegal practices of a tax-funded government agency, the IRS! One position here states that the very idea of paying taxes ought to shunned on principle, while the other position is a simple seeking for justice in an unjust system. Minns in fact often invokes the flat tax, for the simple fact that it would eliminate the ostensible excuses for what has become a corrupt and self-creating industry now known as the “IRS”. Minns holds taxes to be neccessary part of being an American in all the interview clips and books I’ve ever so far seen–but in due proportion to wealth and not at the expense of the less fortunate. Taxation of the citizenry was never intended to create a nation of debtors, but rather to ensure individual liberty and freedoms of the citizenry. Minns charges cronyism and favor-peddling within the IRS as evidence of corruption that fuels the incompetence and somewhat studied obscurity of US tax codes.

@RetSquid Well first and foremost, I make $17.5 an hour @40 hours a week! Taxes withheld from my check are as follows… $81.00 Fed. claiming 1, $53.55 S.S. I also use a simple 1040 EZ to file, oh and I also get $127.00 withheld for C.S. not that that is any of your concern, so tell me smart guy, what exactly makes me a criminal in your genious mind??? We simply agree to disagree, but as I also said earlier, we will both SOON find out who is right!! Oh and yes I can read very well thank you!!

@RetSquid I am niether!! Seriously, in the grand scope of things, it doesnt matter if they take everything from usl! Our salvation lies in Jesus, not the worldly money and possesions!! We are to pay taxes to the Gov. which are greedy crooks! It still does not make what they do moral in the eyes of God!! They are evil tyrants who steal everything because they themselves think they are gods, just as Ceasar did! I despise this country, with all of her evil and the wars in the name of peace!

@RetSquid I am debating, not arguing.. The point is, it is not morally just plain and simple! I will not correct anything, what I have said was in the summary of 3 diff. sites, ofcourse there is tax not collected, and even if it was, it is impossible to pay anything but the interest by design!! Are you gonna take the mark when the authorities tell you that you have to?? I know I will tell them where they can put it, and I pray you do the same, but it is after all your choice!

@RetSquid To pay back the debt, it must pay back what is borrowed plus interest, since each dollar borrowed totals something like $1.38 with interest, the debt cant be payed back, Fed designed, so we are always at their mercy, which is exactly why JFK wanted the Fed. out of America. Unless you plan on passing within the next 3-5 years, I firmly believe you may have to make that decision… For you to keep calling me a liar and criminal is not very christian like is it? I repeat what I read/hear

@RetSquid Nope youre wrong! I dont listen to the info war B.S. I get what I know from Speaches, quotes, and news coverage! The speach by JFK in New York in ’61, quotes and speaches from Lincoln, and Thomas Jefferson, along with others, oh then Bernanke saying if the Fed was audited it would be destructive to the economic situation. Humm?? All those things along with reading Revelations, I can deduce for myself what is really going on, the signs are upon us and America will pay for her sins!!

@asicit2b Depending on who you ask, you get many diff. answers, from sunday worship, chips, tatoos, to Social Security numbers! I believe the answer is the Catholic church with her blasphemous teachings, I am not real certain when it was founded though! Since you brought up the question, I am intersted to hear your opinion, if you will!!

@toreyw100 It is false religion (spiritual condition) and was alive and in place
when John warned ‘The Church’ and wrote about it in revelation.
The mark in the forehead is acceptance of this falseness and the mark in the hand
is something like a handshake as in agreement. Sinning “Christians” do not exist. -

@asicit2b I agree with you, it will be the worship of the false religion, the one world religion that is to come, I believe raised up out of the Catholic church, the Harlot! But I have to disagree with you on sinning Christians dont exist… 1John 1:8-10, and Romans 3:23, but true Christians have our sins wiped away if we repent!! May God bless you in your walk with Jesus!!!

@asicit2b I can see why Retsquid used that verse.. A tribute tax is a tax imposed by a ruler to his subjects! The way things are in America today, we pretty much live in a dictatorship country! What the Gov. wants, the Gov. gets! Our republic has been stolen right out from under our nose! Perhaps he just didnt want to admit that we are now the subjects of the American Gov./NWO but I cant say what his thoughts are for sure!!

@toreyw100 Why do you say it will be ? and that is to come ? And those scriptures are the Human condition BEFORE repentance. And Jesus gave the command to “Go and sin no more” Repent means what ? Like I said, Sinning Christians do not exist.
True Christians do not commit sin AFTER repentance, if so, they have to do their first works over. Believe what you will. -

@asicit2b Your right, it is already here, but for now, in America, we still have the choice to worship God as a Christian, and are not forced by the threat of death to worship their false religion!! And now you have got me thinking, I know that I often slip and “sin” I am not perfect!! Repent means to feel so sorry for something that you confess it and change your life as not to do it again, but like I said, I often slip!! I do my best not to but.. I will study more!!! Thanks

@toreyw100 It is called sanctification. There is only one way into the ‘Church’
one can only be born into it. Look into the two works of grace. Here is another one.
Satan was never an angel that was cast out of heaven. If that was true then heaven was never perfect. God created him this way. And the “third part” that followed him is a deep study.

@RetSquid Notice how the leaders were getting mad because the tax collecters
were starting to follow Jesus around ? Matt. 21:32 Publicans (tax collecters) and
harlots ? These collecters were Hypocrites. And the money changers ?
