Question : which bank account offers checking accounts *or accounts that use debit cards* for teens?
i am 14 almost 15 and i know already bank of america doesnt.

does any other bank do?

You might want to try Wachovia. I believe that your parents have to sign up for the account as well, but you can have everything basically in your name and control. They just have their name on there as well for legal purposes. But you should be able to have your own checking account with checks and debit cards at that age. I did.
