Question : What is the best way to go about getting a job in equity trading?
Looking into getting a job as an equity trader…i wanted to know if I should use recruiting vehicles such as monster and career builder. any other advice is welcome

You should research all the investment banks – Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, etc. Apply for the trader position directly from there. Of course you can do it on Monster too but I am not sure if it’s specially for investment banking.
