Question : Where can I find the best rates for a Roth IRA?
I only want to open it with a minimal amount (under $ 500) and contribute no more than $ 100 a month. Does anyone know where I could find the best rate? Thanks!

Start with Vanguard Mutual Funds, . They have a wide variety of funds to suit your taste (costs, flavors & past returns). Roth IRAs are a good choice.
