Question : How do I get my land tracts in front of high net worth individuals or investment funds for consideration?
I have land tracts that are located in N.C. and they are all locations that are in the path of major development. I am trying to find the best way to get information to these groups. I know some of these fund managers are considering large land tracts for investment and we have sites that range from 160 acres to over a 1000 acres all being waterfront or in areas calling for mixed use near metro areas. Where do I begin?

You can have good Business plan based on your property
If you Own this property, You can talk to Civil Engineer and PLan what You want to build and present to the Bank and Builder, You can get maximum benifit and Many Builders will be Willing to Invest and Build Luxory apartment or Housing apartment based on the Property Location.
