These numbers are at the end of the signature box . I believe they are called CAC numbers.

you need those three numbers to register the card. It’s so that someone just cant steal your credit card number from online. They need the physical card to find out those numbers.
Those 3-digits are the CVV Code. You should use that for verifying the PayPal account. After entering all the details, use the Expanded Use Code that comes with the Credit Card Statement to complete the process. Hope this helps, if not then you know how to contact me.
