First time buying a laptop, what options should I choose and why?
Question : First time buying a laptop, what options should I choose and why?
I am currently looking on Hp.com at a HP pavilion dv6700t. I am including a 1 yr extended HP warranty with accident drop fix, return and replace. due to the large expense. But have very little money and can not get a credit card. I use the internet, messengers and load photos. Not too big on games and I do alot of my bills and keep track of my finances thru Quicken. I also tend to download programs from the internet. I do word documents and microsoft works and apply for jobs as well as resumes. Yes, I have researched questions and answers about computers but STILL dont understand everything. I do know AMD is cheaper but more for games and Intel is more expensive and is faster. Main questions I have are how much memory do i need, hard drive space, processor(s) and what type of Internet networking connection should I choose and why? Explain in details what ALL the computer specs I have listed means please…Thank you!
1 st choice that I want is…

Well the specs for that laptop i would expect it to be some sort of gaming laptop, you really, if you dont play games dont need to spendthat much on a laptop.
For the things you do you could get one for £400 easy. Shop around.
2.0GHz can play most top range games.
