Advantage Credit Counseling Service, Inc. (CASC) has been approved to extend the office of the United States Trustee (EOUST) volume from bankruptcy advice to be on 22 states for consumers, in Chapter 7 or Chapter to register 13 bankruptcy. An important provision in the insolvency law provides that consumers must receive a mandatory Credit Counseling Agency approved 180 days before the bankruptcy filing. ACCS is now in a position to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, serve, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.

“We are allowed, our consulting services in 22 states offer bankruptcy,” said CASC President and CEO Stephen Piotrowski. “It is a testament to the hard work and high quality services that give our staff agency for the needy. We look forward to many more people who are bankrupt service providers,” says Piotrowski.

CASC has more than 9,200 consultations since entered the new bankruptcy law went into effect in October 2005. According to the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), “the criteria by EOUST reflects a strong commitment to … that counseling and education are essential elements to ensure and in the nature of the highest quality”.
