Question : Has anyone been audited on an individual basis for state use tax?
I received a letter from the State of Alabama requesting me to pay taxes on any internet purchases that were not previously taxed from the company under the “use tax law.” Has anyone else received a similar letter?

no but this is probably the wave that is to come to get people to report and pay their sales tax on purchases made over the internet which you thought were going to be free of sales tax
