Question : how to play MAME games?
I have problems running MAME games. My desktop computer runs Windows Vista. This is what I have done.

First, I went to ROMNation.NET and downloaded 7-Zip and
MAME32v103 for Windows.

Second, I used the 7-Zip program to unzip the MAME emulator.

Third, I downloaded the ROM – Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter.

Fourth, I opened the Mame file. I will list a few folders of the MAME file below. The first folder is artwork and the last one is mame32.exe.

Then, I dragged the entire file of the game into the roms folder inside Mame32v103. Next, I clicked on MAME32.exe and under the file tab, I
audited all games. After the auditing was complete, no game ROMS were found.

What I found was the game file showed up below the mame32.exe folder. I think the roms folder was empty.

Could someone please tell me the proper way of putting the game file into the ROMS folder?

You need version MAME32.112 or newer to play on Vista

you can use 7zip to unzip MAME, but keep roms zipped. Just place the zipped file in the roms folder on the mame folder.
