Question : What is a move in fee on an apartment?
I am about to move into an apartment. I payed for a $ 40 application/credit check fee which I passed. Now in order to move in there asking for the first months rent ($ 550) and a $ 100 move in fee. There is no security deposit. My question is what is a move in fee for?
