Question : Using a Debit Mastercard to get a cell phone plan?
Hi, does anyone know if I can use (when I do get it in the mail) a Debit Mastercard to get a cell phone plan from AT&T? I see a lot of questions and answers regarding credit cards to do so, but never debit cards. Anyone know?

You can use MOST debit cards just like a credit card.

you can use a debit card to pay for your phone and plan, but they will take your social security number to check you credit. I have always bought my phones on my debit card. You might want to check out this site before you buy your cell phone from a store. my friend owns a cell phone store online and get some of the best deals from the carriers on his phones and plans.
