Question : Has anyone heard of the large real estate investment companies that have you find the property but they buy ?
I have run across large investment companies which state that they will use their money to buy a rehab that you found. Once you oversee the repairs and marketing, and the house sells, they share the profits with you. Has anyone else heard of this? Are these companies legit?

It is possible, but unfortunately like anything else on the Internet some careful checking needs to be done, and it is always better to work with people in your local area.
