Can you call the police and file a report about your attorney’s malpractice?
Question : Can you call the police and file a report about your attorney’s malpractice?
I want to know if you can call the police and report about your attorney doing malpractice on your case such as refusing to turn your money in client’s trust fund after dateline of your demand and so much things, but that’s the most important thing not getting your money to you after attorney got paid and already been fired you? What is the best solution?
thanks…what you think. tell me. I am going through that now and don’t know what to do. wish him lock up for this.
correction.>> you already fired attorney but he refuse to pay you?
If I call the National Bar or state bar, can they get my money to me or I still have to hire new attorney to fight for this?

No. You call the National Bar Association
The Bar will nuke him faster than a district attorney will.
Call the county bar association and tell them you have a grievance regarding attorney trust funds. They will take it from there. Though the popular impression is that lawyers can’t be trusted, we are unmerciful when any attorney steals from a trust fund.
