Today, a consortium of Russian – New Eurasia Foundation (FNE) and two American NGOs – American Council on Education International: ACTR / ACCEL and the National Council for Eurasian and East European Research (NCEE), the Sub Branch of the Russian-American Foundation (USRF), announced the launch of a multi-year initiative to strengthen university research and entrepreneurial capacity (EURECA) program.
