Question : Paypal Problem, when I go to certain sites and attempt to pay with credit card, Paypal forces me to?
open an account. There IS an option where I can add things to a cart, go to the checkout and if I don’t have a Paypal account I can go ahead and pay via credit card. THAT option NEVER comes up for me. So there are many things that I cannot do and I do NOT want to aopen an account.

Is there some reason for this…I think it is onmy side, because the nice merchants check and say that other customers don’t have that problem. When they check themselves, they have no problem getting the pay with credit card option.

I know this doesn`t really answer your question, but it is much safer if you use paypal.
If you use your credit card, you are giving your details to anyone,who may use your details later, to withdraw money from your cc.
It doesn`t cost anything to buy, using paypal, you can still do it by credit card, and it only costs money if you use paypal for selling.
I won`t buy anything online unless they offer paypal, or something similar, as a payment option.
