each ins co is going to have their own catalog of providers and many might ONLY have those online anymore and each unique employer’s plan or group plan may have a different selection
why would you expert there to be ONE all-encompassing directory? Aetna could care less what doctors accept Keystone Health Plan East, etc
only some independent 3rd party company could even attempt to assemble such a master list and that costs lots of money – how would THEY get paid for all that research/man hours/printing costs/web setup and maintenance? there wouldn’t be enough people that would need a list like that, sicne each individual ins co provides their own lists for FREE
