contact Bank Card USA–they are a Merchant Services company–or contact any major merchant services providers–there is usually a fee, but, they should be able to provide you their software or a download that will enable you to accept credit and debit cards…….

One option would be to use Google Checkout, where credit card processing is free until 2008 http://checkout.google.com/sell/
Otherwise you will need to get the following:
1 – apply for a merchant account through your bank or a third party provider including Costco
2 – sign up for a payment gateway system such as Verisign http://www.verisign.com/
3 – get a SSL or secured sockets layer or the one that gives https:// which helps make your website secure such as Thawte http://www.thawte.com

Either go with your local bank or a third-party service provider for a merchant account. They will need a couple of documents for this including IDs, statements from your former merchant account handling company, articles of incorporation and more. After setting this up, you will need a payment gateway which you could connect with your user interface (ie a shopping card). You can start once you get all three working together.
