Question : Massachusetts Car Insurance?
im a little more than 16 and a half and i want to get a car, its a 2002 subaru 2.5rs, i am a good student with a gpa of a little more than 3.0, How much do you guys think i will be paying for insurance?

In Massachusetts, it also depends on if you live near Boston, or if you are more on the side of Western Mass.
If you insure yourself (not on parent’s policy), you would probably pay around $ 1800-$ 2000 per year for full coverage. Minimum coverage would probably be around $ 1200.
You can find an insurance broker who can do the legwork for you and shop all of the insurers available in Mass. Some say you’d pay slightly more, but since they’ll be able to find you the lowest rate, you’ll probably save more than just shopping a couple choices online.
