Question : Who do I complain to after getting ripped off by an internet merchant?
I got screwed by a guy through paypal. paypal has decided in my favor but has not been able to recover funds from his account. What else can I do to get my money back? I have all his contact info. name, address, phone number, email. but he wont return any attempts to contact him. I want his head on a plate, but i would be satisfied with my money back. What should i do?

file a complaint with the postal service. if they can’t get your money back, try contacting law enforcement officials in the municipality where the guy lives.
