Question : Could someone give me someone pointers on rewriting my resume?
I am trying to get a position as either a secretary or senior level customer service representative. I am posting my resume at the bottom. (It looks disorganized, that is because I got tried on trying too work on it)

I’m a recruiter and actually you want to sell yourself on paper just enough to get the chance to sell yourself in person. You have some great creditentials and accomplishments…I would just shorten the job descriptions just a little and bullet them and bold the company name and title. That catches the eye of the employer!
