Question : How do I get the Citibank MasterCard Debit Card?
How do I get the Citibank MasterCard Debit Card? I have a Citibank account, but do I need to sign up for a specific type of account? I already have a Citibank ATM card, but it is Maestro and Cirrus. Do I have to have specific qualifications, or can I just walk in and request a new card?
I only have a savings account, I am an adult, and I barely use the account other than adding money to it

Wouldn’t it be smart to ask CITIBANK this question??
Do you have a Citibank checking account? Or only savings? Are you an adult, or do you have only a trustee account under your parents’ names and permission limited to ATM withdrawals of a specific limit? How long have you had your checking account? Do you manage your account properly, or are you one of those clowns who overdrafts again and again?
If you are an adult with a Citi checking account in your own name, see your banker at Citi about getting a debit card with a MC logo against that account instead of just the ATM card.
