Logo contest!?

Let me give you some serious advice.. You should never tell people what name you have for a possible business untill you have actually took the neccessary steps to legalize all of your details. If I were you I would ask for advice from others but I wouldn’t give to much information out unless I know 100% I would have protected myself completely. Also just another fyi NEVER ask anyone to come up with a name for your company or product unless you have plans to pay them back once your company has started turning a profit simply because they will legally be able to come back and sue you for monies earned from using that name. That’s unless you have a sign document from that indiviual stating that they are given full ownership of the name to you. Otherwise they can print off their responds to you right here on yahoo where they first gave you the name and prove they were the original inventors of that particular name. In business you should practice never sharing more then you have to to get feed back on your questions. Learn to disguise your busniess in a way where you are never in harm of paying a hefty fine later on down the road or atleast untill you have actually made all things associated with your business legal..

This msg says names but that goes double for logos. I mean what better why for me to get rich other then to come up with a logo and you use it so I can come back and claim ownership down the road after your business turns a profit.. After all it was my logo.. Right?? I don’t think that way of corse but I just want to make you aware that alot of people out there do so be careful when you seek advice… There are laws put in place to protect you from these sorts of things but you had better educate yourself good and know the ends and outs before you use an idea that someone else gives you. Trust me there are a ton of loop holes in the PTO ( PATENT TRADEMARK OFFICE) laws.. And by all means please don’t give out the name of your company.. No one needs to know the name of your company just to give you input or insight on your questions. Be smart….
