Find the will, and call a lawyer. This is the best advice you will find. Contact the lawyer who drew up the trust.
If you know the attorney who drew the trust, he should be contacted. The trust specifies who the person is who is responsible to be the trustee. The trust governs only that property which it legally owns, and that is what the trustee can work with. He then must proceed and abide by what the trust instructs him to do. You need to read the trust document to know what that is.
Any property not owned by the trust is controlled by the will and is subject to the probate system. You will need an attorney for that. If you need a competent Florida attorney you can trust, I will ask a resident who I know and trust to recommend one for you.
