First, DON’T DO THAT!
Second, what is happening? As since you’re posting this question it’s safe to assume that you can access the net and therefore should be able to access your bank’s website.
The reason I say that is that almost all home user type firewalls are setup to let any thing out but only requested connections in. So turning your’s off is a bad idea as I can almost promise you’ll be cracked fairly soon.

hmmmm… and you want to disable your firewall so that .. uhmm.. hackers can get INTO your computer and steal all of your financial info?
If you are having trouble accessing your bank.. you probably just need to adjust the cookies and java script settings on your firewall.. you do NOT want to turn it off… you DO NOT want to turn it off… you DO NOT want to TURN IT OFF!!!!
with no firewall in operation your computer is just another computer on the internet.. accessable by anyone that finds it… and there are people out there just looking for new places to get data… or software.

you don’t say what brower you are using some won’t accept firefox have to use IE however if firefox at fault download IE tab from firefox Its a extension then just click on firefox icon lower right to switch to IE view. If browers not the problem click on your firewall to allow that site
