I just got a consolidation loan with them back in May. Over all my experience was Very Good with them. They explained everything to me throughout the whole process. It does take time for all the paperwork to go thru, so be patient if you’re getting a full consolidation loan. DON’T let them sell you the disability insurance or the life insurance. They will pressure you a bit, but hang in there and tell them you DON’T WANT IT.

Generally, they are a good honest company.
However, their interests rates are higher because they deal with a lot of Direct Sales businesses (Stuff you buy from home presentations and whatnot).
They are considered a major finance company as opposed to a secondary loan company.Which means it looks better on your credit report.

I borrowed from them once, their interest rates are extremely high, whatever you do pay on time.to avoid late fees.
