0Purchased a vehicle from a dealer. Bought our car dealer. We have decided to return any money on our new vehicle loan fund trading and easy to us. The dealer said they can not give us a check for the vehicle, they send them to cash the check ready for our other vehicle were given. Is this correct procedure? Reply

Yes. It is a standard procedure. The dealer wants to be sure to return the funds from the beginning to the present value of the trade you. You need proof that the affair is consummated. Otherwise, if denied, they are your business on the back instead of cutting a check.

I had a 0.0% introductory rate eliminated due to a late payment so I want to do another transfer. But someone told me I should wait a couple of months because you can’t do that soon after doing a previous balance transfer.

Ive been playing the balance transfer game myself for the past couple years. It doesn’t matter how soon after you do one but if you do them quite often, then your gonna run your credit down instead of building it. If the default apr is high or you have a large balance, then I’d suggest to get a new one right away. If it’s somewhat low then you would probably be better off waiting a couple months.
But whatever you do, make sure you pay before its late or your gonna get yourself in a hole thats gonna be hard to dig out of and you will have a harder time finding places that will pick up your balance transfers.

Question : in the middle of dealing with probate in florida , selling my house today and being told i have to wait?
after 8 months after my father passed away ( i’m 22 , i’ll be 23 this friday) , i’m still dealing with a slow lawyer on probate. he left me everything , there was no will , but by law everything was given to me , anyways. the house is free and clear of everything , its being closed today on a cash offer deal , but now after knowning this for a month my lawyer is telling me i have to wait 2 more weeks to close the deal on the estate , when i was told a month ago , that since the house is free and clear of any taxes , loans , or morgage i could sell the house once it was legaly in my name.. and it has been for 8 months now…
so my questions is …CAN I CLOSE THE DEAL ON MY HOUSE TODAY AND JUST DEAL WITH THE REST OF THE PROBATE , BECUASE THE HOUSE IS FREE AND CLEAR I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO WAIT?

I doubt that CD rates will “skyrocket.” The muni sounds like a good deal assuming that it is tax-exempt.
