Question : Please Help! How do I subpoena an email password from Yahoo for my sister who has passed away four years ago? I have reason to believe that she may have kept her will or the whereabouts of her will within her email account. I have been trying on and off for years now to obtain this information, but Yahoo will not help. From reading on-line, I see that with Yahoo if I submit the death certificate they will automatically delete her account! However, I read that in one case, a family had subpoenad them from a probate court and they had allowed the family access in this one case only. More >

2Question : Cancer 12 years ago, no recurrence, is that a disqualification for long-term care insurance? Family member had cervical cancer in about 1997, was treated and had no recurrences. Someone who works on legal issues for elderly indicated that long-term care insurers will blackball anyone who ever had serious cancer, even though risk is not above average now. Is that true? Or will some deny her and others raise rates? This has nothing to do with health insurance, just long-term care insurance.

Question : How do I find out if my Dad left a will? He passed away in Florida approx 4 years ago and I am in the dark.? He last lived in Broward County and has a surviving spouse in California with Alzheimer’s so I can’t get any info out of her. I had a good relationship with my dad so I find it hard to believe that he would not have left me without any assets or memorabilia. Question : IRS says that I owe over ,000 from last years taxes, due to misinformation. I used H&R Block, what do I do? The issue is income that I earned from selling investment stocks. The money came from a life insurance policy. The H&R rep that we used is a family friend. She stated that I did not need to show that income, only the interest earned. There was no interest due to the short time it sat in the stocks. Anyway, we used friends and family, so I don’t think that the Audit Protection will help us. What do we do?
